Eligibility Criteria:

1. Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
2. Age Requirement: The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
3. Previous Scheme Participation:
   • Not eligible if the applicant has availed benefits from the following schemes:
     • PM EGP Loan Scheme
     • PM Swanidhi Scheme
     • PM Mudra Scheme
   • However, if benefits under the above schemes are already repaid, the applicant becomes eligible.
4. Other Restrictions:
   • Government employees, big businessmen, and individuals filing income tax returns are not eligible.
5. Family Restriction: Only one member per family is eligible for this scheme.
6. General Applicability: Both BPL and non-BPL individuals are eligible.

Benefits Provided:

Training Program:

1. Basic Training: 5-7 days (Compulsory for receiving ₹10,000 and tool kit worth ₹15,000).
2. Advanced Training: 10-12 days, covering specialized skills.

Training Benefits:

• Participants are provided ₹500/day during the training period.

Loan Details:

1. Loan Amount:
   • Phase 1: ₹1,00,000 for 18 months.
   • Phase 2: ₹2,00,000 for 30 months (available upon full repayment of Phase 1 loan).
2. Interest Rate:
   • Effective interest rate: 5% (remaining interest subsidized by the government).
3. Repayment Example:
   • ₹1,00,000 loan requires a repayment of ₹1,07,000 over 18 months.

Application Process:

1. Where to Apply:
   • Online via CSC (Common Service Center) only. Applicants without a CSC ID need to visit their nearest CSC center.
2. Verification:
   • Aadhaar-based verification is mandatory.
   • Post verification, applicants receive a PM Vishwakarma Certificate.
3. Training:
   • Upon approval, applicants are enrolled in the mandatory training program.

   • Low interest for timely repayment.
3. Hands-on training with industry professionals.

Exclusions:

• Applicants unwilling to attend training will not receive ₹10,000 training allowance or ₹15,000 tool assistance.
