Delhi Government Will Launch ‘Delhi Bazaar’ Soon

The government will promote the “Delhi Bazaar” portal, which allows tourists from all over the world to virtually tour Delhi’s markets and make their preferred goods purchases. Famous marketplaces in Delhi include Chandni Chowk, Sarojini Nagar, Janpath Market, Lajpat Nagar Market, Kamla Nagar Market, and others.

On Sunday, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was the chief guest at the ‘Chandni Chowk Shopping Festival’ in Rangpuri. “Our government is pro-business and pro-industry.” We have taken several steps to reduce red tape and support company growth. “Our plan is to beautify other markets in Delhi, similar to Chandni Chowk, so that more people visit them and business thrives,” the Delhi CM added.

“If the government system is simplified and opportunities are provided to businessmen and entrepreneurs, we (India) will undoubtedly surpass China,” he continued.

The event was organized in collaboration with the traders of Chandni Chowk and the Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI). While there, the CM went to each shop and met with the proprietors. He also congratulated the traders and businesspeople of Chandni Chowk for their efforts.

“This is a fantastic initiative, and in the future, we can organize similar festivals in different parts of Delhi.” “We can hold such events market- and sector-wise so that buyers and sellers can interact,” Arvind Kejriwal reportedly told ANI.
