UP Ayushman Bhava Campaign 2023: The campaign is divided into five parts: Seva Pakhwada, Ayushman Apke Dwar 3.0, Ayushman Mela, Ayushman Sabha, Ayushman Gram Panchayat, and Ayushman Urban Ward.
The Uttar Pradesh administration, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is preparing to launch the Ayushman Bhava campaign across the state on September 17. On Wednesday, September 13, President Droupadi Murmu effectively inaugurated the campaign at the national level.

UP Ayushman Bhava Campaign 2023
According to officials, the campaign is divided into five parts: Seva Pakhwada, Ayushman Apke Dwar 3.0, Ayushman Mela, Ayushman Sabha, Ayushman Gram Panchayat, and Ayushman Urban Ward. The Seva Pakhwada will take place from September 17 to October 2, coinciding with the start of ‘Ayushman Apke Dwar 3.0’. Furthermore, the Ayushman Mela will be held on September 17, followed by the ‘Ayushman Sabha’ on October 2. Later on, the Ayushman Gram Panchayat and Ayushman Urban Ward would be established.
Seva Pakhwada
A cleanliness drive will begin on September 17 and end on October 2 as part of Seva Pakhwada. The cleanliness campaign will be carried out at all public health facilities at the primary, secondary, and tertiary health care levels. Gram Panchayat members, JAS, and RKS will be involved to make the campaign effective.
Additionally, voluntary blood donation camps are planned to create awareness of the importance of frequent voluntary blood donation and the opportunity for social solidarity. Similar awareness will be created about the importance of organ donation, and people will be inspired to make a vow to do so after death.
Ayushman Apke Dwar 3.0
Ayushman Apke Dwar 3.0 is being launched to issue Ayushman cards to all remaining eligible beneficiaries under the PM-JAY scheme and ensure that no eligible recipient is ignored.
Ayushman Apke Dwar 1.0 and Ayushman Apke Dwar 2.0 were introduced in 2021 and 2022, respectively, with the purpose of increasing Ayushman card production. This system allows users to register.
Ayushman Mela
As part of Ayushman Mela, a health fair will be held at the Health and Wellness Centre every Saturday. It strives to improve the utilization of healthcare services, create a venue for people to express their problems, and encourage beneficial behavioral changes in the community through collective wellness activities.
Similarly, the Medical College will organize a fair at the Community Health Centre (CHC) every Sunday.\
Ayushman Sabha
The start of Ayushman Sabha, which will increase awareness of various health programs and services, is scheduled for October 2. As part of this project, the Village Health, Sanitation, and Nutrition Committee (VHSNC) and village and ward-level urban authorities will monitor the Ayushman Sabha program. During the meeting, Ayushman cards will be distributed and displayed.
Ayushman Gram Panchayat and Ayushman Urban Wards
Ayushman Gram Panchayat and Ayushman Urban Wards will also be established to recognize villages and wards that achieve specified criteria by March 2024.
